Reset At Sea

Meet Jessica

Founder & Host of Reset at Sea

For over 25 years, Jessica’s work has centered on one thing: creating the conditions for people to step outside the momentum of their lives, see themselves from a new angle, and begin imagining what else may be possible.

An award-winning director and educator, her practice has been documented and published in academic research. That same body of work is the foundation of every Reset at Sea experience.

She has spent those years guiding people through some of the most honest and revealing work a person can do. Even as her own life moved through the same chapters that bring most women to this work – a long career, motherhood, loss, and the sense that there was another chapter ahead – one question kept returning:

What’s next?

Every Reset at Sea experience is designed to offer the woman who is ready: to ask better questions, see herself differently, and step into what this next chapter is actually capable of being.

What she brings to every Reset at Sea experience goes far beyond facilitation. Jessica is trained in the practice of using story, imagination, and creative expression so women can see themselves and their lives differently. She creates experiences that allow women to step outside the pace of everyday life long enough to hear themselves more clearly and return home with a stronger sense of what matters to them now.

Reset at Sea is not a break from your life. It is a return to it.

Why the Sea

Jessica created Reset at Sea from the belief that women see themselves differently when they are no longer moving through the same routines, expectations, and roles that shape everyday life. At sea, in an environment that naturally creates distance, movement, and perspective, women take part in guided experiences that invite reflection, conversation, imagination, and a clearer sense of what they want for their life ahead.
